3、Insulation and Coating
Some orders require the heat preservation and durability of the cup. We will make the cup into a double-layer structure and add an anti-rust coating on the inner wall of the cup.
4、Custom Color & Graphic
Custom Color: Powder Coating and Spray Painting are the two most common decorate way, which can present different effects such as single color, gradient color or contrast color.
Custom Graphic: Customized graphic can be added to different parts of the cup body, cup bottom, cup lid, etc. according to different needs. At the same time, we will choose the most suitable printing method according to the color and size of the customized graphic. Common printing methods include silkscreen printing, laser engraving, heat transfer print, water transfer print, air gas printing and 3D/4D rotation printing.

Each cup undergoes rigorous testing before packaging, including tests for insulation, durability and leak-proofness.
6、Packaging
After the quality inspection is passed, the cups will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned. After cleaning, we will package them according to the specific requirements of the order. Common packaging methods include bulk, white box, color box, gift box, etc.
Clay Cup Production Process
Moulding & Demolding:
Make molds according to design drawings. After the mold is made, the raw materials are injected into the mold.
Polishing&Washing:
After demolding, the surface of the clay cup is initially polished.
Biscuiting:
After ensuring that there are no burrs or cracks on the surface of the clay cup, it is bisque fired.
Handpainting & Glazing & Glaze Firing
Some orders require custom patterns and colors.
Checking
A final quality inspection will be carried out before packaging to ensure that there are no cracks on the surface of the ceramic cup, no color deviation, and no deviation in the position of the pattern on the surface of the clay cup.
Packing:
After the quality inspection is passed, the cups will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned. After cleaning, we will package them according to the specific requirements of the order. Common packaging methods include bulk, white box, color box, gift box, etc.

After you receive the sample, please confirm whether the sample meets your requirements. This step is very important because the product will be produced according to the sample.
After the sample is confirmed, you can pay us the deposit for the order and the factory will start to officially produce your product. Likewise, you can check the production progress at any time. After the product is produced, you can pay the Final . We will arrange shipment immediately after receiving the balance.
After the product is produced, you can arrange for someone or an organization you trust to help you check product.
We have a long-term cooperative forwarder, so you don't have to worry about transportation issues. If you have your own fixed cooperative forwarder, we can also help you deliver the goods to your forwarder.
After receiving the product, you can unpack it to check if there is any problem. If there is a problem with the product, we will also arrange someone to solve the after-sales problem for you.
If there is no problem with the product, you can let us know that the goods have arrived. The order is complete.
