At our factory, each jigger is produced through a careful, multi-step process that combines modern manufacturing with quality craftsmanship.

1. Material Selection

Common materials: Stainless steel (304 or 316 grade)

Food safety, corrosion resistance, and ease of forming and polishing.

2. Cutting and Stamping

Large metal sheets or rolls are cut into blanks (discs) using high-precision cutting machines.

A hydraulic or mechanical stamping press forms the basic cup shape for both ends of the jigger.

3. Deep Drawing & Forming

The cups are then deep-drawn into their final conical shapes through progressive dies.

This process creates uniform thickness and strong, seamless walls.

4. Trimming and Calibrating

Edges are trimmed to ensure smooth, even rims.

Volume is measured and calibrated—some jiggers have internal measuring lines (e.g. 0.5 oz, 0.75 oz).

5. Joining (for double jiggers)

Check All Products: After the product is produced, you can arrange for someone or an organization you trust to help you check product.

Delivery: We have a long-term cooperative forwarder, so you don't have to worry about transportation issues. If you have your own fixed cooperative forwarder, we can also help you deliver the goods to your forwarder.

Confirm Products: After receiving the product, you can unpack it to check if there is any problem. If there is a problem with the product, we will also arrange someone to solve the after-sales problem for you.
