3. Filter

The filter, as the name suggests, is used to filter out the liquor in the shaker. If you use French shakers and Boston shakers, you generally need to use a filter. 5. Shaker

Shakers are almost a typical tool for cocktails, but in fact, not all cocktails need shakers. Cocktails that require shaking usually include eggs, cream, liqueur, sweet juice, etc. Under normal circumstances, raw milk liqueur and sweet juice with lower density need to be shaken and shaken for about 15 seconds, while eggs and cream need to be shaken and shaken for about 25 seconds. There are three types of shakers:

(1) Boston Shaker: Also known as the American shaker. Divided into two parts, a metal pot bottom and a glass or plastic mixing cup. The mixing cup can be inserted into the bottom of the pot to shake the mixture. Boston shakers require a stringer to strain the liquor, and some bartenders prefer to shake and gently open the bottom of the pot and the mixing glass after shaking, and filter the liquor through the gap between the two. The Boston shaker has a much larger capacity than the traditional English shaker, making it suitable for large quantities of similar cocktails. Some Boston shakers also have common cocktail recipes marked on the mixing glass, so that the raw liquor is poured directly into the pot to save time.

(3) Cobbler Shaker: divided into three parts, pot body, pot cap with filter and a pot lid. Sometimes the lid can also be used to measure spirits and so on.
