JIGGER
It is an important calculation tool in the mixing process, and it can make a cup of standard machine wine, generally 30ml, 15ml stainless steel products.
Cocktail measurement method: 1 ounce =28.41ml (international regulations). What we use now is an ounce or about 30ml. One ounce is abbreviated as "oz". Proof means the alcohol content of a wine. There are European percentage method, American Proof method, American Proof alcohol expression value and European percentage expression value twice.

2. Which type of shaker is used in bartending
Generally speaking, cocktails composed of materials that are not easy to mix with each other (such as: juice, cream, raw eggs, syrup, etc.) are prepared using a shaker shake and method. "Fast" is the key, so as not to melt the ice too much and dilute the flavor. Shakers are almost a typical tool for cocktails, but in fact, not all cocktails need shakers. Some Boston shakers also have common cocktail recipes marked on the mixing glass, so that the raw liquor is poured directly into the pot to save time.
