Last Thursday, our team completed the pre-shipment inspection for our latest bar table order. This batch, produced under P/O number LR-2302, consisted of 50 sets of bar tables, fully finished and packed into 150 cartons. The following are the detailed inspection items.
1. Quantity Verification

The order for 50 bar tables, totaling 150 cartons, was completed and ready for shipment. The inspector randomly checked 60 cartons and 20 samples, confirming the quantity was accurate and the packaging intact.
2. Product Description & Dimensions

No reference samples were provided for this inspection. The verification was based on product specifications and on-site measurements. The inspection contents include the size and weight of the products as well as the size and weight of the cartons. The inspection results are as follows.

--Product weight: 16.3 kg
--Three-part carton system (Base / Pole / Top) with respective carton dimensions and weights clearly documented

All sizes and weights were consistent with production requirements.
3. Workmanship Assessment

The process was reviewed by the reviewer in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105E) AQL standard. Among the 20 sets inspected:

Minor defects: 3
The main problems include:

4. Testing & Functional Checks

The examiner conducted a comprehensive functional assessment of the bar table, including odor, adhesion, wear resistance, assembly, load capacity and overall stability. All samples have passed the required tests, including:
Functional test: PASS
Loading test: PASS
3M tape test: PASS
Coating adhesion test: PASS
Friction test: PASS
The test results confirmed the reliable performance of this bar table in terms of structural strength and surface durability.
5. Packaging & Shipping Marks Verification
Each carton is safely packaged with five layers of export-grade cartons to ensure that the bar tables are not damaged during long-distance transportation. The packaging conditions, carton markings and transportation labels were reviewed and found to meet the requirements. All the transportation marks were clearly and consistently printed on the cartons, and no missing or incorrect labels were found during the inspection.
