Last week, we just completed the inspection and testing report for the shots belt. Here are the specific details of the inspection.
Step 1: Packaging & Inner Box Integrity (Protection & Presentation)
Our products are all transported from China to other countries. Longer transportation times may result in dust accumulation or damage during storage if the packaging is not proper. First, we will inspect the condition of the outer box to ensure that there are no scratches or signs of moisture damage on the edges. Then check the inner packaging to ensure that the OPP bag or lining is clean and undamaged.

Step 2: Dimensional Verification (Spec Compliance)
We will measure the packaging dimensions and the product dimensions one by one. Confirming the packaging dimensions is to facilitate loading into containers, and confirming the product dimensions is to ensure that the products are consistent with the design drawings. Size deviations can cause problems, such as small wine glasses not being able to fit or being too loose and prone to falling off, and the adjustment range of the belt being too small, making it impossible to fasten the belt - this would have serious consequences at the event site.

Step 3: Weight Consistency (Material Density Check)
Weight is an important indicator for judging whether the materials used in the product meet the standards. For international transportation, weight also affects the calculation of freight charges.

Step 4: Barcode Readability & Accuracy
We will scan and verify that the numbers on the barcodes on the packaging are exactly the same as those on the purchase order, because the barcodes are the "identity cards" of the products as they enter the retail/distribution channels. If the barcodes cannot be scanned, the products cannot be put on the shelves for sale. For promotional activities of beverage brands, incorrect barcodes may cause confusion in inventory management and sales tracking.

Step 5: Logo Adhesion & Durability
This is the most crucial check for custom promotional products. The logo is the direct representation of the customer's brand. If the logo falls off, fades, or becomes blurry within a few days of use, it will damage the brand image of the customer

Step 6: Aesthetic & Structural Defects
Finally, we will check for any stitching defects (loose thread ends, uneven seams), the functionality of the buckles (smooth opening and closing), whether there are stains on the product surface, color differences (matching with Pantone color charts), and any cases of uneven cutting. At the same time, we will also indicate the severity of the defects and the proportion of defective products.

For promotional activities of alcohol brands, the products are an extension of the brand image. A flawed shots belt may cause consumers to have negative associations with the brand. Severe flaws (such as broken seams in key areas, missing hardware) may result in the rejection of the entire batch of goods.
These six inspections ensure that each batch of the shots belt meets the highest quality standards. We guarantee that your brand logo will be perfectly displayed on our products.
